For more than 40 years I’ve lived on the coast in Savannah, Georgia. I’ve written restaurant reviews, food articles for magazines and newspapers, and cookbooks. I’ve taught cooking classes to preschool, elementary, middle and high school students, as well as to senior citizens. My food is tasty. I use ordinary ingredients. I’m not classically trained. Friends who enjoy my recipes say the directions are easy and they get compliments on the results.
